His career reflects both entrepreneurial vision and steadfast dedication to growth, having successfully transitioned from the ownership of a prominent jewelry business in Athens, Alabama, to a full-time focus on real estate.
As a partner at Opulent Properties, Steve contributes seasoned expertise in acquisitions, property management, and investment strategy. His approach is defined not only by business acumen but also by a genuine commitment to people—fostering relationships, strengthening communities, and creating enduring value. Guided by both enterprise and integrity, Steve’s work embodies the conviction that success is measured as much by the prosperity of others as by personal achievement.

An alumna of Auburn University with an undergraduate degree and later a Juris Doctor, Erica brings a versatile background spanning public relations, marketing, accounting, and law. At Opulent Properties, she oversees the firm’s daily administrative operations, ensuring that each investment is guided by professionalism, precision, and a commitment to long-term value.
