With three decades of experience in real estate investment, Steve Hobbs has built a distinguished portfolio spanning more than 80 residential properties and multiple commercial holdings. His path to real estate reflects both entrepreneurial courage and a genuine commitment to growth — having successfully transitioned from owning a prominent jewelry business in Athens, Alabama, to a full-time focus on building long-term value through property.

At Opulent Properties, Steve leads acquisitions, property management, and investment strategy. But beyond the business acumen, what defines Steve's work is his commitment to people — fostering relationships, strengthening communities, and believing that real success is measured by the prosperity of others just as much as your own.

A proud Huntsville native, Erica brings a rare combination of legal training, financial expertise, and operational precision to everything she does at Opulent Properties. An Auburn University alumna with both an undergraduate degree and a Juris Doctor, she has a background spanning public relations, marketing, accounting, and law — giving her a uniquely well-rounded lens on the real estate industry.

At Opulent, Erica oversees daily operations and asset management, ensuring every investment is guided by professionalism, accuracy, and a long-term perspective. She comes from a family with deep roots in Huntsville — including contributions to the early development of Huntsville Hospital — and continues that legacy of community investment through her work today.
